We want you to love your new Missoma jewelry, but if it's not quite right, you can return your items within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all pieces are returned in their original packaging and unworn condition to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Jewelry
Place the items in their original Missoma gift box and secure them inside the original shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel over to the designated courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
